Attendees will receive an update on the Advanced Clean Trucks rule and hear from the local dealer community on how they are dealing with this current environment. There will be time for questions and answers during the presentation. 

Oregon's Advanced Clean Trucks Rule (ACT Rule) requires manufacturers to sell more zero-emission trucks, like electric and hydrogen-powered vehicles, over time. As of Jan.1, 2025 this rule requires a certain percentage of new Class 7-8 tractor truck sales to be zero-direct-emission trucks.
