DESCRIPTION:This 3-day course provides practical information for teaching the adult learner. It is designed to assist those with training responsibility for new drivers and will be a highly interactive learning environment. By the end of the course\, participants will be able to: Effectively analyze their training audience and adjust style to meet learning needs Apply adult learning techniques to training materials Create a learning environment that is effective for each student Develop evaluation strategies that identify whether or not learning has occurred in and out of the classroom Each participant's progress in meeting class objectives will be evaluated based on active participation in the instruction sessions\, individual and group assignments\, as well as their demonstrated competence of key concepts. Participants who finish the program will receive a certificate of completion. **This class will meet for 3 sessions: Dec 8th\, 9th and 10th (8am to 5pm each day)
