2026 Spring Safety Conference

Description

The 2026 Spring Safety Conference is on the way, taking place April 22-24 at the Valley River Inn, Eugene, OR.

Join us for a program full of timely topics and insightful presentations that speak to today's unique operating climate. 

Wednesday, April 22 features a pre-conference training session. Registered attendees are invited to a class (TBD) starting at 1:00 PM. This is included in your registration. Presentations, awards ceremony, breakout sessions and more begin on Thursday, April 23.

REGISTRATION: Online registration is open. Members who register by April 10th will receive $50 off their first attendee. Organizations will receive reduced pricing when they register more than one attendee. If you need assistance, please email info@ortrucking.org.

SAFETY AWARDS: The nomination period for this year will close March 19. Apply online for the Fleet Safety Award and the Safety Professional of the Year. Winners will be announced during the Oregon Fleet Safety Awards Luncheon, taking place April 23 at noon.
