Professional drivers are frequently exposed to a wide variety of potential conflicts while on the road, some of which can involve confrontational interactions with other drivers or pedestrians. Also—due in large part to our current driver shortage and other industry changes—conflicts between drivers and management over issues related to scheduling, compensation, etc. are becoming increasingly more common.
