Oregon's Advanced Clean Trucks Rule (ACT Rule) requires manufacturers to sell more zero-emission trucks, like electric and hydrogen-powered vehicles, over time. As of Jan.1, 2025 this rule requires a certain percentage of new Class 7-8 tractor truck sales to be zero-direct-emission trucks.
