This 8-hour class provides a variety of teaching tools to help trainers develop their communication skills and overall effectiveness as instructors. 

Specific topics include:

• an introduction to adult learning theory
• overview of different learning styles
• training strategies needed for both classroom and one-on-one training environments

This class is geared specifically toward driver trainers, but any instructor looking to improve their knowledge and skills can benefit from the program.
